When reserving a month, the first week must be paid by check before the reservation is booked.  A confirmation notice will be e-mailed or mailed to the customer.  Balance will be due upon arrival, credit card preferred.

For a full refund to be given, the customer must send a written notice of cancellation 28 days prior to the start of the reservation.  A phone call is not sufficient to cancel and must be followed up with a written notice.

No refund will be given after the guest arrives or if less than 28 days notice is provided.

If reserving short of 28 days, the first day / week must be paid by check and there is no cancellation.
