Suze has helped thousands of people throughout the years achieve balance in their lives through her philosophy of consistency and moderation.

Her "Total Health" career began at 22 years of age. She reshaped
(over a six-month period) from a size 15/16, 160 lbs. To size 4, 128 lbs., and has maintained this size for over 20 years.

"Juggling" a demanding career (14 years in the legal field), co-workers, loved ones, and endless day-to-day errands/emergencies, inspired her to search out and implement balance - outside and in.

Suze is dedicated to providing participants with a simple plan to balance their lives by using the nutrition exercise and stress-relief information they receive at this workshop.
