I have been maintaining a balanced lifestyle for over 20 years. Here's some advice from me to you.

Regarding Exercise Do what you love -- the more enjoyable, the better, whether it be walking, swimming, dancing, biking, skating, etc. Just plain move! The body responds when it is doing something it enjoys -- it "holds on" when you put it under the stress of a regimen it finds boring and repetitive.

Regarding Food

  1. Eat REAL Food
  2. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store
  3. If you can't pronounce the words after the word ingredients, don't eat it.

Your liver cannot metabolize "fat" with an overload of toxins:

  • Food Additives, preservatives
  • BodyCare, Household, Environmental Chemicals
  • Chemical Solvents/Fillers in Supplements

Regarding Emotions All Thoughts and emotions show up in your physical body.

"Would you talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself when you look in the mirror? If you did, would your best friend stick around? Maybe your physical body looks and feels the way it does, because it has to stick "around".

Regarding Spirituality When you truly learn how to regain love, respect and forgiveness for yourself, the physical body will respond not only in how you feel, but also in how you look.

My Workout

I practice my Dynamic Power Yoga Plus! 4 times a week.
