G'Kar and Lyta Roam the Stars.

G'Kar and Lyta Roam the Stars is a fairly solid Psi based deck that starts out very quickly, builds up a strong army of neutral Telepaths, and gains influence through innocuous Diplomacy conflicts and the standard Psi influence gainers, winning off of the power gained from Challenge the Psi Corps.

The opening stages of this deck are very straight forward, and by turn 3, you should have G'Kar and Ko'Dath in your inner circle, Build Infrastructure in play, and 9 influence. If you think it is likely that you'll run into an early Airlock Mishap, you can easily replace Ko'Dath with a Narn Aide, and end up in the exact same place. After that, play Underground Railroad and start building up the army of Teeps, playing Challenge Psi Corps as soon as you draw it, as it makes your Teeps even cheaper. Try to push through as many Diplomacy conflicts as you can, using Level and Steal Skills when necessary. The Vorlon sub angle of the deck is obviously there to facilitate the use of Lyta Empowered, but it gives you access to You Are Not Ready, a very powerful weapon in any deck. The main path to victory, of course, is getting power from your Teeps and Challenge Psi Corps (the WANIs are in there to slow down faster decks)--you can gain almost 4 power from Lyta Released and Jason Ironheart alone.
