American Wandering Sequential Hiway ID Tour

Check the Map... here we go again!

Not being ones who like to sit around and watch the grass grow, Cathy and I heard of yet another great way to get out and see what's out there.   For the summer of 2001, we combined this with the Presidential Tour.  Definitely more fun than pushing a lawn mower!

The AWSHIDT is an AMA Sanctioned Grand Tour sponsored by 4-Seasons Road Riders. 

The idea of the tour is to get out and ride routes from 1 to 99 and photograph the signs as proof of your journey.  The twist is that all routes ending in "0" or "5" must be US designated highways. This requirement means that to collect all 99 possible routes, you will have to tour much of the country.
