| We have
found many tenants are paying rent that may be equal to a mortgage payment
with property taxes and home owners insurance. We have put together a team to purchase, repair and sometimes remodel homes. When completed these homes will be offered to individuals and families that may be paying $650 to $850 a month in rent. We qualify our tenants and begin working with them to repair or establish credit that will allow them to become owners. Although our goal is 12 months or less we are prepared to work with some tenants longer. We hope to educate our tenants on budgeting their funds in order help them purchase and keep their new home. Depending on the home we offer a credit to be applied towards the closing costs and down payment. |
We are currently working with city and government employees but welcome all interested workers.
