About the artist: Playing guitar since 1966, Greg has played in many styles, ranging from classical, through rock, be-bop, all the  way to free jazz. He attended Berklee College of Music in 1973 and has studied with Pat Metheny, Larry Coryell and pianist Manfredo Fest. He is a wonderful bebop player and chord melody specialist and has composed many jazz , rock and fusion tunes. He has performed all over the United States with various stars such as Chick Corea, Edgar Winter, Larry Coryell, Jeff Berlin, Glen Zotolla, Randy Sabien and Brian Torff. He has opened concerts for Diana Krall, Brian Wilson, Issac Hayes, The Moody Blues and Tuck and Patti. Greg took part in a rare Billie Holiday tribute performance by award winning actress Juliette Lewis. Currently he performs weekly around the greater Tampa Bay area as a solo artist, as well as with numerous duos and his regular working guitar trio, The Ultimate Trio. Watch for the upcoming CD, "Be Three" an organ trio with guest performers Larry Coryell and Glen Zottola.

My Philosophy on Music 

Music is the closest expression possible in the direction of the spiritual beings that we all essentially are. A perfectly executed jazz solo has its immediate existence in now and then it is gone, like a breeze sweeping through a canyon. The instant creation, existence and demise of a fine improvised solo communicates to the heart of every being and it is received by them, whether educated in the art of improvisation or not. It speaks directly to the individual. 

Being a highly trained Scientologist has helped me tremendously. It was here that I  discovered my true essence, a spiritual being, timeless and deathless. This discovery has helped  to raise my music to the highest plateau possible of pure aesthetic communication.
