Help Kids Communicate

I-Sight – a powerful DiSC-based learning experience designed for youth ages 12-18.  Helps them understand themselves better, recognize and develop their strengths, and get along better with others.

The DiSC language of the adult DiSC instrument has been modified in I-Sight to increase its appeal and relevancy to young people.  The four primary dimensions of behavior - Dominance, influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness - are described as:

• D – Direct and Active
• i – Interested and Lively
• S – Steady and Cooperative
• C – Concerned and Correct

This instrument is supported by the I-Sight Instructors Guide, a complete reference manual containing everything educators, counselors and other professionals who work with youth, need to administer the I-Sight instrument.  The I-sight instrument can be an efficient and cost-effective tool in a variety of curricula including Social Studies, Family Living, Peer Relationship Development and Career Development.
