This is Hydrox; I believed him to be the first naturally occuring color mutation to have appeared in my hamster stock.  His coat turned out to be the regular Argente gene. Hydrox was a red eyed argente.   He was lighter than other argentes I have seen and so is his line.

This opal mottled is Patches.  Below is a picture of he and his mate Cubit enjoying a carrot; Cubit is a blue fawn.

These are Cubit and Patches’ first litter, two mottled, all Opal.

Blue Fawns try to get the the king of the hill to come down.
